Kali Brgant, M.A. & E-RYT
Kali is a trained counselor and long-time yoga and mindfulness practitioner and teacher. She has been forever curious about the depths of the human experience, and through her journeys at meditation centers and silent retreats, Kali has gained the tools to help others discover a deeper sense of self. Kali holds a Master of the Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and has various yoga training certificates from Kripalu, Tantra Vinyasa and Partner Yoga. She is an experienced and registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and has traveled and taught around the globe, from Thailand to New Zealand to Europe.
Kali has ample experience working with emerging adults, through mental health agencies, alternative schools, vocational rehabilitation, supporting college students with and without disabilities, respite care as well as retreats and yoga teacher trainings. She specializes in building confidence and communication skills and has years' experience working with a variety of young people.
She actively engages in women's empowerment work within her local community, is a staff holder for women's leadership, and an advocate for Mother Earth, as well as the wisdom of indigenous communities. Kali also works in the field of career development and ponders what the world would be like if everyone was able to do what they loved.
Kali is passionate about her work and also enjoys organic gardening, making tinctures, chicken-tending, playing with her kids, biking as a family, camping adventures, and dancing like no one is watching. Kali lives in Northern Vermont with her partner, two young children, dog, cat and a bunch of chickens.
